1. Where is DUMBO?

2.≠ Is there parking in DUMBO?
On-street parking is an option if you have plenty of time. There are several garages in the area that offer discounts to St. Ann's Warehouse patrons with validated parking slips. (Get yours stamped at the specially marked table in the lobby before or after the show.) Click PARKING/CAR SERVICES

3. Are There any places to eat in DUMBO?
There are many restaurants and bars in the area offering a variety of fare in a broad price range. Click RESTAURANTS & BARS.

4. How do I buy tickets?
Tickets to performances are available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or call the Box Office at 718.254.8779. Click BUY TICKETS

5. Is St. Ann's Warehouse handicap/wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Our space at 29 Jay Street was created to be accessible and welcoming throughout the warehouse, including a gentle ramp entrance, a private ADA restroom, and building-wide tactile signage. All performances in the warehouse offer multiple  seating locations for patrons who use wheelchairs or have difficulty climbing stairs, and their companions.

Our staff is committed to providing the best service to all our patrons. Please contact the Box Office Manager to let us know about your access requirements when you book: 718.254.8779 (Tues-Sat, 1-7pm) or karl@stannswarehouse.org.

Please note: DUMBO is a beautiful historic neighborhood, and many streets and sidewalks contain cobblestones and trolly tracks. Our entrance is on the east side of Jay Street, which is a good vehicle drop-off location. DUMBO offers many street parking locations nearby, and St. Ann's has arranged a parking discount in 2 neighborhood lots, including one across the street at 20 Jay. 6. Do you offer student or senior discounts?
Special ticket offers vary based on productions. Please call the Box Office at 718.254.8779 or click BUY TICKETS

7. Can I volunteer as an usher?
Yes. The house staff often uses volunteer ushers and will welcome your inquiry. Click work with us

8. Can I rent St. Annís Warehouse for a special event or presentation?
Yes. The spacious and flexible space is ideal for film shoots, community meetings, design expositions, gala dinners and more. For rental information, tech specs and theater set-ups, including downloadable sample floor plans, click FACILITIES. 9. May I submit a proposal for consideration by the St. Ann's Warehouse artistic staff?
No. St. Annís Warehouse has a small and very busy staff; therefore, we do not respond to unsolicited materials and accept no responsibility for their return.

10. How do I get on your e-mail list?

11. How do I get involved with the Puppet Lab?≠

12. How long have you been at St. Ann's Warehouse?
St. Ann's left the National Landmark Church of St. Ann and the Holy Trinity on Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights in August 2000. A former spice milling factory was donated by Two Trees Management through the generosity of David, Jane and Jed Walentas, and St. Ann's Warehouse opened its doors in DUMBO in October 2001 at 38 Water Street. St. Ann's Warehouse has since proven to be the lynchpin in establishing DUMBO as a vital cultural destination. St. Ann's moved to 29 Jay Street in fall 2012.  Click HISTORY.

13. Are you related to Saint Annís School or St. Annís Church?
St. Annís Church was our former home on Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights from 1980-2000 (see above). We have never been related to Saint Annís School in an official way, although the school uses the Church as its auditorium, and in the past, we have programmed together. St. Annís renowned stained glass studio was re-established independently as the Brooklyn Stained Glass Conservation Center at 55 Washington Street here in DUMBO, under the direction of conservator David Fraser. 14. How do I make a donation to St. Ann's Warehouse?
