Seating
A permanent riser at the south end of the performance space, with a rake of
20 degrees, seats 308 persons. For concerts and larger events, the stage can
be placed at the north end of the space to allow for floor seating or a standing
audience between the riser and the stage. A total of 700 padded folding chairs
are available.
Floor/Stage
The floor of the Warehouse is painted concrete throughout. The modular Nivoflex
stage features 20 platforms (1m x 2m) of adjustable heights and another 10
with a fixed height of 1m.
Rigging/Grid
There is a permanent fixed grid constructed with 1.5" steel pipe spanned
between beams. 6" I-beams 44' wide on 8' centers run the
length of the theater. Grid height is 19'6" from the warehouse floor.
Electrics
1 400 amp, 3-phase disconnect in 2nd floor dimmer room; 1 100 amp, 3-phase
camlock tails on stage right column.
Safety/HVAC
The Warehouse is fully sprinklered, with a monitored fire alarm system and
battery-powered emergency lighting. The entire space is heated with gas-fired
forced air; there is no air-conditioning at this time.
Load-In/Out
Access is through 2 street level roll-up doors (12’ wide x 14’
high). The upstage door can accommodate a 24’ truck.
Piano
The Warehouse takes tender care of its Yamaha C-7 Conservatory Grand Piano.
Box Office
A two-window box office is located in the Lobby of the Warehouse, DSL capable,
with 4 telephone lines.
Production Office
A fully-functional production office is DSL capable with 4 telephone lines.
Restrooms
6 women’s and 6 men’s facilities (ADA compliant).
