1. What time should I arrive? 

The lobby and box office will open one hour before the performance time. We encourage you to arrive early to receive the full experience of The Jungle

 

2. Is there late seating?

Late seating is at the sole discretion of House Management and is not guaranteed. If late seating is permitted, our staff will do their best to seat you at an appropriate seat and time during the performance to minimize disruption to other patrons and the performers. Original seat locations are not guaranteed past the curtain time. Please allow extra time for travel.

 

3. What is the running time?

2 hours 45 minutes, including one intermission.

 

4. How do I get to St. Ann’s Warehouse?

We recommend using Google Maps to 45 Water Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201. You will enter through The Max Family Garden on the west side of the building. 

Nearby Subway: F to York St. | A/C to High St. | 2/3 to Clark St   – All Subway entrances are about a 10-15 minute walk to/from the theater.

5. Is there a bar and coat check available? 

Coat check is required for The Jungle and provided at no extra charge.  Please leave large/heavy bags and other items at home. We want you, your seat, and the walkways to be unencumbered. We also encourage you to wear closed-toe shoes. 

Concessions are open pre-show and during intermission. Only water bottles are allowed in the theater, other beverages and food are restricted from the seating area and only allowed in the lobby or dome. 

 

6. Will there be merchandise to purchase? 

Yes! After the show, be sure to visit the merch desk prior to leaving St. Ann’s Warehouse.

 

7. What is the minimum age requirement to attend? Are there any trigger warnings? 

Due to mature content, The Jungle is recommended for ages 12+. This production contains smoke effects, flashing lights, herbal cigarette smoking, flour, peanuts, strong language, loud noises, and blank gunshot effects.

 

8. What are your Health & Safety guidelines?

Face Masks are strongly recommended for the audience and staff at St. Ann’s Warehouse. If you or someone in your party is feeling unwell, please stay home and call (718) 254-8779 or email email hidden; JavaScript is required to discuss ticket return or exchange options up to 24 hours before the date of your performance. 9. What is the seating arrangement? 

Seating for The Jungle is immersive and in-the-round. 

Majority of seats are padded benches without backs at tables: Afghanistan, Sudan, Somalia, Eritrea, Ethiopia

“Cushion” seats are on the floor with wall back support: Syria, Kurdistan, Egypt, Iran

The following are padded benches with back support: Palestine, Yemen, Pakistan, Iraq, Kuwait, and the back rows of Somalia and Ethiopia.

 

St. Ann’s Warehouse is a dynamic performing space and employs a variety of new and unusual seating arrangements. St. Ann’s Warehouse reserves the right to adjust the seating arrangement as necessary at any time.

 

10. Accessibility

St. Ann’s Warehouse is accessible to those who use wheelchairs and individuals with limited mobility. However, DUMBO is a beautiful historic neighborhood, and many streets and sidewalks contain cobblestones and trolly tracks. If you are taking a car service, be sure the drop off is at 45 Water Street, corner of New Dock Street (almost directly under the Brooklyn Bridge). 

The entrance to The Jungle is through the Max Family Garden, on the west side of the building. 

All performances of The Jungle offer accessible seating to those who use wheelchairs or have limited mobility. Accessible seats are available to purchase online. You may also order access seats by contacting the Box Office at 718-254-8779 or email hidden; JavaScript is required.

Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) are available at the Box Office on loan with a valid photo ID.

 

11. Can I exchange my tickets? I cannot make it to the performance.

Contact the box office. Tickets may be exchanged to another performance of The Jungle, subject to availability. Exchanges are subject to a $10 fee and payment for the difference in ticket prices. Exchange fees are waived for Members of St. Ann’s Warehouse. 

If your tickets are unable to be exchanged or you cannot attend a performance, please consider donating your ticket(s) back to St. Ann’s Warehouse for a tax-deductible contribution.

Tickets are non-refundable. 

 

12. I had tickets to this show in 2020 when it was originally postponed. What happened to my tickets?

If you currently hold tickets from 2020 and at the time opted to postpone, you have the option to exchange your ticket into this current run, subject to availability.

You may also opt to credit the value of your tickets to redeem towards future tickets to another show.  The deadline to rebook or credit your 2020 tickets is March 19, 2023.

We began our efforts to help ticket holders from 2020 rebook into the remount of The Jungle beginning June of 2022. We continued our efforts through the fall of that year, providing extra time before going on sale to the public in October, 2022.

 

13. Is there a waitlist or rush tickets? 

A limited number of Mobile Rush tickets will be made available to most performances on the TodayTix app. Mobile Rush tickets go on sale at 9:00 AM Eastern Time on the day of the performance and cost $28 (including fees).

A Cancellation Standby List may be taken in person on the day of a sold out performance, beginning one hour prior to showtime. Standby tickets are subject to availability and not guaranteed. $30* exact cash only. Contact the box office for more information. *Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

14. What are Good Chance Tickets?

A limited number of Good Chance Tickets are sold online for $49 each, two tickets maximum per order.  Though you are not able to choose your seat location, you are guaranteed a seat. Upon arrival, Good Chance Ticket holders will be instructed to wait in the Dome until a member of our front-of-house or box office team provides you with your seat location and escorts you in. 

These seats are assigned by the box office. We cannot guarantee parties will be seated together. Seats may be a floor cushion, bench w/ no back support, or a chair/bench with back support. Please do not book if you are unable to sit on a floor cushion or require seats with back support.

15. Where are my tickets?

With your purchase, you should have received an order confirmation email. If you opted to receive e-tickets, you will receive a separate email with your pdf ticket(s) attached. If you opted to pick up your tickets at will-call, your tickets will be at the box office beginning one hour before the show time. E-tickets will be redistributed 12-48 hours prior to the performance time with updated QR codes.

You may find your order confirmation by logging into your account here. If you have not created an account or this is your first time logging in, go through the forgot password process with the email you used to order your tickets. You may also contact the box office and request an order confirmation or e-tickets be resent to you.

Tickets to The Jungle at St Ann’s Warehouse can be purchased directly via the St. Ann’s Warehouse website or box office, or via TodayTix.com. Be wary of ticket sales from other sources. Fraudulent tickets or unauthorized duplication of a ticket may prevent admission for all holders of such tickets.

 

16. Is the show extending or being transferred?

The Jungle‘s final performance at St. Ann’s Warehouse is Sunday, March 19. Their tour will continue directly after to Washington DC with the Shakespeare Theatre Company. Check out their programing and more information here.

17. I want to help! How can I do this?

Audiences of The Jungle are invited to donate to Good Chance Theatre’s work with refugee artists and Brooklyn Community Foundation’s Immigrant Rights Fund, supporting nonprofits working directly with people seeking sanctuary.

The Box Office phone line is available between 12pm – 5pm, Monday through Friday, and 2 hours before performance times on evenings and weekends. You may also visit the box office in-person beginning one hour before each performance time (please note, we stop advance sales for future performances during this period).

 


 

Ticket Policy:
Tickets that are held at will-call will be available for pick-up beginning 30-45 minutes before showtime. All sales are final. Please check curtain time. Late seating is at the sole discretion of House Management and is not guaranteed. Seat locations are not guaranteed past curtain time. The barcode allows one entry per scan. Unauthorized duplication or sale of a ticket may prevent admittance for all holders of the ticket barcode. Photography and recording are not allowed.

Notice of Filming and Photography:
By entering this theater, you grant St. Ann’s Warehouse the right to film and photograph you and record your voice and use your likeness in any and all media, in perpetuity, throughout the universe, for any purpose whatsoever in connection with this theater and our productions. All photography, filming and recording will be done in reliance on this consent and release.

Privacy Policy:
St. Ann’s Warehouse secures the personal information you provide in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
