The St. Ann’s Warehouse box office phone line (718-254-8779) is available Monday-Friday, 12 pm to 5 pm EST, and two hours before performance times on evenings and weekends. In-person ticket services are offered one hour prior to performances.
St. Ann’s Warehouse offers lottery tickets for each show through our official ticketing partner, TodayTix.
A limited number of lottery tickets will be made available to most performances. The lottery will open for entries at 12pm the day prior to performances and close at 5pm. Winners are drawn after the lottery closes. To purchase, download TodayTix from the App Store or Google Play. Blackout dates may apply. *Includes fees.
Standby tickets can be purchased one hour prior to showtime, subject to availability. Contact the box office to confirm if a specific performance is offering standby tickets. Patrons can request a maximum of two standby tickets per person. Standby tickets can be purchased with cash only and in exact change.

Ticket Policy
Tickets that are held at will-call will be available for pick-up beginning 30 to 60 minutes before showtime. All sales are final. Please check the curtain time. Late seating is at the sole discretion of House Management and is not guaranteed. Original seat locations are not guaranteed past curtain time. The barcode allows one entry per scan. Unauthorized duplication or sale of a ticket may prevent admittance for all holders of the ticket barcode. Photography and recording are not allowed.
Tickets purchased through St. Ann’s Warehouse’s official sales channels—including our website, box office, and authorized ticketing partners—are guaranteed to be valid for admission. To protect our patrons and prevent fraudulent activity, St. Ann’s Warehouse reserves the right to review and verify any ticket order that appears suspicious or potentially fraudulent. If an order is flagged for verification, we will contact the purchaser using the information provided at the time of purchase and request additional confirmation before tickets are released or honored.
If we do not hear back from the purchaser within three (3) business days, the order may be canceled to protect both the patron and St. Ann’s Warehouse from potential fraudulent activity. St. Ann’s Warehouse further reserves the right to cancel ticket orders, refuse service, or take other appropriate action if it determines, in its sole discretion, that tickets have been obtained through fraud, misrepresentation, or unauthorized automated purchasing methods.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be requested up to 48 hours before the performance for an exchange fee of $4 per ticket, subject to availability. Members are exempt from exchange fees. You will be charged any difference in ticket price if applicable. Exchanges requested within 48 hours of your performance will not be granted. Child Policy
Children under age three are not admitted unless explicitly noted.

By entering this theater, you grant St. Ann’s Warehouse the right to film and photograph you and record your voice and use your likeness in any and all media, in perpetuity, throughout the universe, for any purpose whatsoever in connection with this theater and our productions. All photography, filming, and recording will be done in reliance on this consent and release.
