Live broadcasts of Medicine will take place on Sunday, November 21, 28, and December 5 at 5pm EST. The live broadcasts are available to view only on the performance date and time specified. It is not possible to pause, rewind or re-watch the live broadcast.

After purchasing your ticket you will automatically receive an email confirmation. On the day of the performance, you will receive another email with your unique access link and instructions to watch the broadcast.
Please note: The broadcast is only available to viewers in the United States and Canada. Tickets can be purchased until 4:00pm EST on the day of each broadcast.

On the day of the event, you will have received an email from email hidden; JavaScript is required with the subject line ‘Your E-Ticket(s) to St. Ann’s Warehouse are attached!’. Your e-ticket will be attached as a PDF which includes your link and passcode.To find your e-ticket, search your email inbox for emails from email hidden; JavaScript is required. Check your junk folder — occasionally emails can go there.
You can also login to your St. Ann’s Warehouse account and search under the ‘E-Tickets’ tab on the My Account page. If you haven’t found your link, email us at email hidden; JavaScript is required.

Yes, you may be able to watch on your television. It does require an understanding of ‘screen casting’ or ‘screen mirroring’ (also known as ‘AirPlay’ on Apple devices). Setup for this is unique to the device you are using. Please see the following links for help with your device. Alternatively, you can use a HDMI cable to connect your computer directly to your TV.

1. I purchased the wrong ticket type, what can I do?

2. Can I share my ticket with other people?
No. When you buy a ticket you will get a link to watch the show which can be used on one device only (phone or computer). It is linked to your email address.
3. Can I buy a ticket for a guest outside my household?
Yes, you must contact the box office and provide us with the guest’s name and email address. They can assist you with your guest ticket purchase.
4. Is the show really live?
Yes, Medicine will be performed live from St. Ann’s Warehouse.
5. Is it available to watch worldwide?
The Medicine broadcast is only available to viewers in the United States and Canada.

2. Troubleshooting Technical Issues
Sometimes these issues can be caused by your computer or internet connection. Here are some helpful troubleshooting options that may help:
Refresh your browser window.
Click the refresh icon at the top of your browser window to reload the page: ↻
Then press play again.
Close any applications you are not currently using.
Apps often run in the background and can slow down your video.
Cancel any background downloads.
Make sure you don’t have anything downloading in the background, such as software updates. This also applies to anyone else using the same internet connection/wifi network as you, or other devices in your home (iphone/ipad etc).
Close other video streaming windows.
For example any YouTube, Netflix or Hulu pages you’re not watching. These can take up a lot of extra bandwidth.
Clear the Cache and Cookies.
Your browser keeps track of websites you’ve visited and these extra temporary files can slow things down. To clear your cache and cookies, go to your browser’s settings menu.
Reboot your computer.
This can help re-establish your network connection.
Update your browser.
Make sure you’re using the most recent version of your web browser software.
Check for issues with your network service provider.
Peak times, especially evenings, can overload the network and cause slower or interrupted connections.
Reboot your modem and router.
Unplug both devices, wait 30 seconds and then plug them in again. This can help reset a slow connection.
